This weekend, the Lake Erie Islands will celebrate our nation’s Independence Day with various Fourth of July parades, festivals, events, and most especially FIREWORKS! To help you find what time the Put-in-Bay fireworks will be displayed, as well as other local cities, we have put together a handy chart for you, even up into the lower Michigan area

Ottawa County, Ohio:

  • Put-in-Bay: July 4 at dusk, over downtown harbor, Bay View Avenue
  • Lakeside: July 4 at 9:45 p.m., Lakeside Dock
  • Marblehead: July 5 at dusk, Marblehead Bay Point, 10948 East Bayshore Road
  • Oak Harbor: July 3 at dusk, downtown along the Portage River, Mill Street
  • Port Clinton: July 4 at dusk, Water Works Park, Perry Street

Lucas County, Ohio:

  • Maumee: July 3 at dusk, 100 East Wayne
  • Oregon: July 4 at dusk, Oakshade Grove, 3624 Seaman Road
  • Swanton: July 5 at dusk, Swanton High School Football Field, 601 N Main Street
  • Sylvania: July 3 at dusk, Centennial Terrace, 5773 Centennial Road
  • Toledo: July 4 at dusk, Promenade Park, Festival Park and International Park, Water Street
  • Waterville: July 4 at 10 p.m., Waterville Primary School, 457 Sycamore

Erie County, Ohio:

  • Huron: July 5 at dusk, Huron Boat Basin, 330 Main Street
  • Sandusky: July 4 and 5 at dusk, Cedar Point, 1 Cedar Point Drive

Sandusky County, Ohio:

  • Clyde: July 4 at 10 p.m., Clyde Community Park
  • Fremont: July 4 at dusk, Walsh Park
  • Woodville: July 5 at 10 p.m., Trailmarker Park, Cherry Street

Monroe County, Michigan:

  • Luna Pier: July 5 at dusk, Lakewood Avenue
  • Monroe: July 3 at 9:45pm, over Lake Erie, Sterling State Park, 2800 State Park Road

Make sure you get your seat downtown early, as prime spaces fill quickly to view the Fourth of July fireworks, especially at the Boardwalk and at The Keys.
